Monthly field notes
Updates for cleaner operations.
One useful update each month: institutional cleaning, product selection, white labelling, manufacturing and practical maintenance.
17 August 2026Institutional dishwashing
Why detergent, rinse aid and descaler should work as one system
A commercial dishwasher depends on chemistry, temperature, contact time, water condition and dosing. Treating each chemical separately often creates repeat washing or avoidable scale.
- Match detergent strength and dosage to soil load and water hardness.
- Use rinse aid to support sheeting and drying—not to compensate for poor washing.
- Plan descaling around mineral build-up and machine guidance.
24 July 2026Contract manufacturing
A practical white-label cleaning product launch checklist
A strong brief covers the application, target customer, performance expectation, fragrance, colour, pack size, expected volume and commercial target before label work begins.
- Start with the cleaning job and use method—not only a competitor sample.
- Confirm trial acceptance before planning a regular production run.
- Keep label claims aligned to the product and applicable licences.
23 June 2026Soap oil & vehicle wash
Canteen soap oil and bike/car wash products are not the same job
Canteen soil is dominated by food grease and repeated utensil washing. Bike and car wash products must lift road film while respecting paint, plastics and metal surfaces.
- Define dilution, foam and rinsing expectations for the actual process.
- Test surface compatibility before scale-up, especially on vehicles.
- Select pack and concentration around monthly consumption and handling.
