Soap making classes,
shared with purpose.
We conducted practical soap-making classes for rural women—sharing an accessible manufacturing skill that can build confidence, self-reliance and new possibilities for income.

The activity
Learning a skill that can be taken forward.
The session combined a clear introduction to soap and household-cleaning-product making with hands-on guidance. Participants could see the process, ask questions and understand the care needed for safe, consistent preparation.
What we shared
- Practical soap-making methods
- Basic household-cleaning-product knowledge
- Safe handling and process discipline
- Confidence to explore self-employment
Community partners
The activity was supported by the Rotary Club of Bangalore Urban, AUMM Cloth Foundation and Samant Foundation. Eswari Care Tech contributed practical manufacturing learning led by Guna Sundar.
